Interceptor

Interceptors (or Araks1)) are designed to destroy incoming Interplanetary Missiles.

Interceptors fire automatically upon IPM attack, destroying 1 incoming missile with a 100% chance of success.

Interceptors take up half as much space in the Missile Silo as Interplanetary Missiles do.2)

All interceptors on a planet must be destroyed before IPMs can destroy defenses.3)

Interceptors have no role in fleet attacks, neither attacking ships nor getting attacked by them.
