Processing power keeps increasing, and the speed at which computing processes run is also raised. As computing capacities increase, more and more fleets can be commanded simultaneously. Each level of Computer Technology increases the maximum number of fleets by one. The more fleets you can send at the same time, the more you can raid and the more resources you can capture. Naturally, this technology also benefits traders, since they can then send out more trade fleets simultaneously as well. For this reason, Computer Technology should be continuously developed throughout the entire game.
