Terraformer

As the expansion of planets progressed, the question of limited living space on colonies became increasingly important. Traditional methods such as building upward and downward proved increasingly insufficient. A small group of high-energy physicists and nanotechnologists finally found the solution: terraforming. By expending enormous amounts of energy, the Terraformer can make entire stretches of land, or even continents, arable. In this building, specially designed nanites are continuously produced that ensure a constant soil quality. Once built, the Terraformer cannot be demolished again.
