Honor Points
The Honor Points table is divided into the top 30%, middle 40%, and bottom 30%. The top 30% receive up to a 20% reduction in flight costs (deuterium). The bottom 30% bandits lose up to 100% of their resources when being attacked. Honor Points per player are limited by a minimum/maximum value (e.g., ±100k) to prevent players from being stuck at one end of the spectrum due to a few accumulation/loss actions. In case of a tie, the number of honorable/dishonorable battles serves as the tiebreaker. (More details will follow during implementation.)

Honorable Battles
A 1v1 battle is honorable for both parties if:
The attacker’s total points are less than or equal to the defender’s total points, and one of the following conditions applies: The target is a Bandit (bottom 30% of Honor Points and -500 points or fewer) OR The attacker’s military points (fleet + defense) are at most double the defender’s military points. The attacker’s total points are less than the defender’s total points, and one of the following conditions applies: The attacker’s military points (fleet + defense) are less than double the defender’s OR The difference in military points is less than 10 (mainly relevant in the early game).
A battle in ACS (Alliance Combat System) is honorable for the attackers if one of the following conditions applies:
One of the defenders is a Bandit (Low 30%) OR The sum of the attackers' military points is at most double the defenders’ total military points.
A battle in ACS is honorable for the defenders if one of the following conditions applies:
One of the attackers is a Bandit (Low 30%) OR The sum of the defenders' military points is at most double the attackers’ total military points.
Dishonorable Battles
A 1v1 battle is dishonorable for the attacker if all of the following conditions are met:
The attacker has more than double the military points of the defender AND The difference in military points is more than 10 (mainly relevant in the early game) AND The defender has a rank higher than Bandit Lord (above the bottom 20%).
A battle in ACS is dishonorable if it is not honorable; there are no neutral battles in ACS.
Neutral Battles
A 1v1 battle is neutral if one of the following conditions applies:
Both parties are in the same alliance Both parties are buddies The defender is inactive All non-honorable/dishonorable scenarios.
Calculation of Honor Points
The change in Honor Points is ROUNDDOWN(DestroyedUnits ^ 0.9 / 1000).
In ACS, each participant receives points according to the percentage contribution of their fleet in the battle. A participant must contribute more than 1% of the total fleet to earn Honor Points.
