Rule 2: Multi-Accounts

Every player is only allowed to play one account per universe.

If two or more accounts are usually, occasionally, or permanently played from the same internet connection (e.g. schools, universities or internet cafés),

this must be reported to an admin in advance. In such cases, any fleet contact between the accounts in question is prohibited
while they use the same internet connection. Other forms of collusion are likewise prohibited.
