Rule 6.1: Tools and Applications

Using external tools and/or userscripts that have not been fully approved (or that have been modified!!!) is prohibited.

Scripts and tools should not offer any gameplay advantage that a player wouldn't have without them.

To clear up any uncertainties regarding a tool's rule compliance, a moderator/admin should be contacted.

For this approval process, the tool must be made available to a designated reviewer and approved.
Should a tool be approved through this review process, its features (not the tool itself) will be published by the reviewing body.

Note:
Publishing and providing self-developed tools is mandatory!
